Meaghan OLeary I can’t say enough good things about the customer service I received at Neighborhood Cleaners. I was in town for a wedding and spilled something on the front of my dress, which was dry clean only. I called multiple dry cleaning companies closer to my hotel who refused to help me and said they do not do last minute dry cleaning or spot cleaning. I luckily called neighborhood cleaners and they were willing to get the stain out for me last minute the day before the wedding. They were friendly, efficient, and did an incredible job spot cleaning my dress.

As you all know, Anna and I’s wedding is Saturday and the tux I ordered from another clothing company in Polk County came in and it was nothing close to what I asked to be ordered. I called Holmes and they got me in and measured and found the EXACT tux I wanted and it will be here Friday. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional.
