Christina Marsman I had a wonderful shopping experience at this Kohl’s location! The store was clean, organized, and well-stocked. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming, making the entire visit stress-free and enjoyable. It’s always refreshing to encounter workers who truly go out of their way to assist. A huge bonus is that there is a Sephora on site, which makes it so convenient to shop for clothing, home items, and beauty all in one stop. This location truly delivers on great customer service and convenience—I will definitely be back!

Ruby Mosby Purchased a black dress it fits perfectly. Customer service was excellent. Restroom for customer only was disappointing, my husband had to use the restroom and the doors were locked.

June Travis and Kathy were so helpful and kind. My daughter lost her phone in the store and they went above and beyond to help us find it. They found it for her! Such great customer service and precious people !! Thank you so much . Great selection on shoes as well

Nicky McNeely I love shopping at the shoe department but the one in Jesup is nothing like the other ones I have been in. Every other one greets everyone when they walk in my daughter and I walked in and we were only greeted by the young lady thats working the floor. It was two employees at the front just looked at us and didnt say anything my 15 year old daughter said mom what kind of customer service is this they dont have any at all. But they greeted other customers. This was at 11 something in the morning I went in to purchase my husband a pair of work boots but since we didnt get the proper help or customer service support I walked out told the nice young woman outside to have a good day and at least she greeted us and she was working on the floor when we walked past her. I have been in customer service for over 15 years and assistant managers so customer service is a must when working.

Rose Rosas Just giving an update. It started off with one star since it never opened on time. But I must say. The new ladies in the morning have been opening on time and are extremely helpful with a great attitude as well. Every visit now has been welcoming, easy and quick. Your employees have been on top of it soo definitely changing to 5 stars
