Dillards - (Near Douglasville, GA)

5 /5 Zay Andrés: I went to the mall today and I decided to stop by on Dillards. The music choice was really amazing and the entire place was quiet at most. It is a really great place, and though the prices are a bit expensive, the quality of the interior was really nice and I have bought some clothes before. This shopping experience did not disappoint and Id most likely come here again. Amazing service, and thanks to the employees for being cooperative and understanding. Definitely check this place out for yourselves.

5 /5 Beth Ann Dudek: A huge shout out to Justin in the mens department at this location. This is the second time he effortlessly helped us pull together pieces into a cohesive, polished look. His eye for detail and deep knowledge of menswear are exceptional.

1 /5 Mariah: One of the most uncomfortable experiences ever! Although this Dillards has a great selection, this location is not it. I’ve been here several times, repeatedly trying to give their customer service multiple chances. But, this experience ended it all. The employees in this store are always breathing down my neck the entire time, not giving me time to look at the selection. Rushing me to make a purchase, basically harassment. There is no reason why everytime I go into this store 2-3 employees are watching my every move and asking me questions the entire time I’m shopping. It’s almost as if I’m being profiled. Today, It made me so uncomfortable to the point where I just stopped shopping and walked out! As a young, Black Women, this was a terrible experience.
