K B I had an excellent experience at the Piggly Wiggly in Ocilla, Georgia thanks to Emmie. I honestly thought she was a manager because of the level of professionalism she showed. She went above and beyond—not just helping me, but assisting other customers and supporting fellow employees at the same time. She was calm, kind, and incredibly efficient, and her presence made a noticeable impact on the store. Emmie is the kind of employee who truly elevates the customer experience.

Chena Segree The Children’s Place in LaGrange is one of the best places to shop! I have gotten numerous outfits there for my kids and loved them. The customer service is also top notch! I have ran into Carla several times while there, and she is always so pleasant and sweet. 10/10 recommend!

Kimberly Shipman If I could leave 0 stars I would. The store didn’t have my size in a shoe so they ordered my size online. I received the shoes and they still didn’t fit. I took them back up to this store that I order them from and they refused to give me a refund. It’s been under 30 days I had my receipt and the tags still on the shoes. The manager didn’t give me her name and refused to give me corporates number but it was the African American manager lady on the shift at 12 today at this location in Lagrange ga. She has a crooked eye! She proceeded to say the shoes had been worn when I only tried on one shoe. How could they have been worn with the tags still on them and they didn’t fit me?? She continued to make jokes to other customers about not trying on their shoes outside if you’re going to return them when I did no such thing. She was very nasty and unprofessional to be a manager. She was also making fun of another one of her workers calling them messy in front of customers when she’s clearly the messy one there. There was no reason she couldn’t have returned my shoes if it was under 30 days and they still had tags on them. I did contact corporate. This lady should be fired and Belk has lost a loyal customer today. This kind of customer service is unacceptable!
