autumn swain Tonight me and my husband went into belk to get a few things and we didn’t realize our belk rewards card was expired. We went home but couldn’t find the new one that was sent out. We called the store and they said they would help us do it manually. We came back in and the manual way wasn’t working either. At this point it was about 10 - 15 minutes before closing but the manager told us that they would stay open to help us. They called the customer service from the store and helped us get it all sorted out. They were all so helpful and kind and didn’t waiver once in trying to help. 10/10 would recommend. If I didn’t already love belk this would have sold me.

Chena Segree The Children’s Place in LaGrange is one of the best places to shop! I have gotten numerous outfits there for my kids and loved them. The customer service is also top notch! I have ran into Carla several times while there, and she is always so pleasant and sweet. 10/10 recommend!

Connie P. A guy and a girl staff, both very pleasant. I was in a pinch for time and the guy was so helpful. I told him what I was there to buy and he was on it....helped me find what I needed. Then as I was trying on one pair and found it too small, he asked if I wanted the next size up, I said yes, and before I had the ones too small off he was there and dropped off the box for the next size up, and again disappeared. But I knew he was close by because when I said I needed a half size more, I heard him speak to me and again, he dropped the next box off at my feet before I got the others off, was disappeared again. He didnt stand over me while I was trying them on, which was great! The third pair I tried was a charm and I was at the checkout & leaving in literally 16 minutes from when I first came in! I got the shoes I needed, left & was on time for my appointment and could not have done it without his excellent help! He was professional, quick to meet the need at the moment, and pleasant in his attitude. He never made me feel like I was a bother to him. He could not have done any better. Excellent service the owner would be proud of, so seriously, give him a raise please. Thank you

They have a huge selection of hats and sports gear, and I really appreciated how patient they were while I tried on different styles. The store was clean, organized, and checkout was quick and easy. I’ll definitely be coming back for my next hat!
