1 /5 Brett Rush: I received a hoodie as a gift that was too small and tried to exchange it. The Rome location is never open, so I had to go to the Calhoun store. The cashier told me that because it was marked on sale, no returns or exchanges were allowed, but then admitted it never should have been marked on sale in the first place. They called their manager, who doubled down despite this clearly being a mistake on the store’s end and refused both a refund and an exchange. Refusing to fix your own error is abysmal management and a reflection of how poorly this store operates.
