4 /5 Paul Navarrete: Visiting the thrift store in Jesup, GA, is often a delightful experience. The store is usually well-organized, making it easy to browse the various sections. I consistently find a wide variety of items, including clothing, household goods, and books. The prices are generally reasonable, offering great value for the treasures I discover. Overall, I appreciate the opportunity to support a good cause while finding unique items.

2 /5 Jacquish Mincey: I’ve been shopping at Goodwill for years, but lately I’ve noticed the prices are getting a bit out of hand—especially considering that most of the items are donated and used. While I understand that operating costs and inflation may play a role, it’s becoming harder to justify paying near-retail prices for secondhand goods. Thrift stores like Goodwill are supposed to offer affordable options, especially for those on a budget. But recently, I’ve seen used clothing and household items priced almost as high as brand-new ones. It takes away from the mission of making things accessible and affordable for the community. I really hope Goodwill takes a closer look at their pricing strategy and remembers why so many people rely on them in the first place.

1 /5 Katie Deloach: I went in on 9/9/2025 at 6:00pm to buy clothes for my daughter, but the manager refused to accept my virtual card as payment. Because of this, I left without making a purchase and will not be returning. On top of that, the children’s clothing section was very disappointing it was disorganized, and there was only one rack of kids’ clothes available.

1 /5 Adrienne Reynolds: I usually have always had a good experience here. NOT 2day... the cashier was complaining and talking and making me wait for her to finish. Then I had asked a question about my discount and credit. She looked at me like I was the biggest pain in her behind. When I still didn’t understand, another cashier who was helping her, offered for me to see the transaction on their computer which I did. The eye rolling and rudeness was outrageous. When I was leaving I said I didn’t like how I was treated and they were telling me that they didn’t do that and were wanting to argue w/me. I asked for a manager, and it so happened they said they were all managers!!! Ridiculous,.. I won’t be coming here agn 4 awhile...
