Hot Topic - (Near Rome, GA)

5 /5 Tracy Alday: My granddaughter LOVES Hot Topic and I must admit I was impressed with their sale when I took her. I purchased 2 graphic Ts and 3 jewelry sets for less than 30 dollars. The sales clerk was exceptionally sweet and answered questions for Emma who has high anxiety in social situations. Thank you sweet lady, we enjoyed our visit very much and will be returning when she comes back to Rome.

2 /5 Kristen Hurd: I wanna say that I never leave bad reviews but this one is warranted. I went into the store which I never shop in except for my daughter. I want to say I believe she was the Manager was so rude This is why I hate Christmas. She was so rude definitely an uncalled for manner . Thank you to the other lady who actually checked me out she was super sweet .

1 /5 Jeni Morales: The person with the black and green hair was extremely rude. Acted like they didn’t even want to be there. Barely said anything to me. Not worth coming here if that person is working

3 /5 Kevin Crawford: When I get items shipped to the store For pickup I have to call to find out something since hottopic cant email me lazy!! There is nice people works there But they dont know how check to see if my order showed up it has been 7 days now Im about call customer service to find out what I should do 08 / 12 /24 I like the hottopic in Cobb country alot better They have alots stuff And the one Rome has much less But take my advice just Shipp it home instead Having to call that store about it I so stressed out about this This why I gave it 3 star However the last item I bought was in good condition though
