Hot Topic - Shop GA (Near Columbus)

5 /5 Princess Black: It’s been years since I’ve gone into a Hot Topic, and during my recent visit, the customer service was absolutely amazing. There was a worker named Shay who helped me out. She was happy to help me look for items I couldn’t find and suggest other items she thought might be interested in. I ended up walking out of the store with way more items than I intended to buy walking in. Her assistance was much appreciated, and she’s made a Hot Topic regular customer out of me. This all happened about a month ago. I would’ve left a review sooner, but I just found my lost receipt with her name on it now; she definitely deserves a good review.

5 /5 Sarah Allen: I love this store. They always have new and popular products, the place is always clean and organized. And the workers are always nice and helpful they are also attentive and willing to help you get a good deal. I always save money here because they always have in-store and online deal. Using hotcash and $10 off in points I just saved $79.43 a few dollars short form saving 50% off my total purchase. That was with in-store and online products at the same time.

5 /5 Robin: This is probably the most pleasant Hot Topic Ive ever been in (besides the mall of Georgia one) the staff are friendly and pleasant. The store is clean (though cramped like most hot topics), it fits the aesthetic of what "hot topic" is supposed to look like- so clean in that regard. They usually have what Im looking for.
