Clean and friendly. Was late due to the Asheville store being remodeled or closed and the Manager took care of the fees and the situation.. Absolutely wonderful and helpful guy..

5 /5 Josh Brickey: Last week we decided last minute to rent tuxedos for a grand opening event the next day in Atlanta. We stopped while traveling in Augusta to see if we could get fitted and pickup the tuxes the NEXT DAY in Atlanta. The entire team at Jos A Bank went above and beyond to help us make it happen! They got two of my sons and I fitted in the late afternoon and even made some calls to ensure they would arrive in Atlanta in time. Long story short, our event was a huge success and we couldn’t have pulled this off without their help. I’d highly recommend using them for rentals!
