Patricia Fuller On April 11, 2025, i drove to Belks in Vidalia Ga. I went to get a suit for my husband. When I tell you the assistant that helped me was nothing but amazing. This gentleman gave me good suggestions and also assited me in finding what I needed. I will intentionally look for him from now on.

charlemane grouton I’m not sure how to feel about this location. The salesperson who helped me was Katherine, she didn’t seem to help as much as I thought she would. She started me a dressing room then never helped me again once she had done that. I’m not sure if she had a bad day or what, but she had a very strict and kind of rude tone to her voice and didn’t seem very interested in helping me. I did not feel welcome at this location.

Michaela Hall Marie (I hope I’m spelling her name correctly) was pleasant. I was not greeted when I walked in because she was with a customer but she went out her way to come to me and greet me. I didn’t have to wait when checking out she met me at the front. She was amazing and professional and was willing to hold my items if need be!!! 10/10 customer service!!

Bonnie Carter I love, love my Cato store. I went in there Sunday and they were so helpful and had the best attitude. I needed them both because I have had surgery and I’m on a timeline for clothes. Some I take home to try on and if I exchange them, they are a great store to deal with. I love them. I always loved their clothes even before this Sunday. But they treated me like family.
