5 /5 Dominique Hannah: Even though I did not purchase anything, I enjoyed my first visit to Madrag. At the time, I was holding my sleeping 1 year old son, so I couldn’t really look like I wanted to. But, I will definitely be back.

4 /5 Andrea Amador: Update 9/30/2025: So they have new management/team. I will say its much better. Very friendly. Youre acknowledged when you enter and they engage with you as a customer during checkout. Hit or miss when it comes to customer service. Be thankful if you get any interaction at the register outside of "Do you have a number with us?" or "Your total is..." I honestly only shop here when I do out of convenience. I might need a different color blazer for work, some dress pants or some cute tops. Something they have a large selection of. Their clothing is definitely for those 25 and under...in my opinion. New management doesnt always mean the store will be ran better. Work on customer service and give those girls a dress code. Please!!!

4 /5 taissafvrmiga: Clothes are absolutely gorgeous and the staff are very sweet. The prices are just right. But, last time I was here, it took like 10 minutes for someone to come to the register and I was in a hurry for a funeral. But, overall very nice and I cant wait to shop here again!!!

1 /5 Angela Wynn: The store manager which is a tall slim guy has a nasty attitude and the employees as well, I like good service when I am spending my money and a friendly attitude. Ladies please check your receipts MagRag do not give refunds only store credit! I will never patronize this store ever again!

1 /5 kristal holt: This was my 1st time shopping at this Madrag location. I was extremely excited to see what new items this location would have. The store was very clean and organized with a great selection!!! I tried on a couple pair of shoes and then started looking at accessories I found a couple pair of earrings and two hats. I wanted to continue to shop but because there are no shopping bags I didn’t want to hold these items while I looked for clothes. I walked to the counter and there was a lady who I assumed was the manager talking on the phone and an associate ringing customers. I politely waited to the side until one of them was finished so I could ask if they would hold these items until I finished. The manager WITH THE NASTIEST ATTITUDE got loud rolled her eyes and pointed at the back counter then saying no no we aren’t doing that you have to hold them where would I exactly put them. At that moment I didn’t even want to shop anymore I took the items i had paid and left. For this to be a new store and this to be the manager Madrag you definitely didn’t choose the right leader for this building. Definitely lost a customer. Won’t be returning
