Michelle I am a fan of an active and thriving downtown with a variety of small businesses. Downtown Thomasville did not disappoint and SouthLife is a sparkling jewel in the downtown’s crown. Both of the ladies working the shop were kind and helpful. They were happy to talk about their merchandise. We left…wandered through the rest of the shopping district…had lunch and came back. We were greeted with “Welcome back!” We purchased a beautiful brick red purse. Cannot wait to put it to years of use.

Piet I stayed at the Blue Goose for about a month while doing a travel assignment in Milledgeville last year. It was sufficient, but Im writing this review because of the bakery found inside the lodge. We have all heard the proverb "dont judge a book by its cover" and that definitely applies to here. You will have a hard time finding a better Oreo Cheesecake anywhere else.
