Target - (Near Fayetteville, GA)

1 /5 RJ: What’s happening to the Target in Fayetteville. No matter what aisle I walked down, so much was in disarray, messy, and unorganized. I used to enjoy coming to Target to shop, seeing this mess made me want to shop somewhere else.

2 /5 Morgann W: The truth here is that who ever manages this location cares very little about it and its customers. The brand has heart but the staff from top down at this location refuses to let it shine, fully. Constant issues: -No carts available during the day -Frequently forced to use oversized bags -Plenty of employees around yet self checkout often is a mess and out of order -Inventory sprawled about the store (that has gotten a little better) I am sure the community would love to see the staff all around care a bit more so that we can have the enjoyable experience that Target aimed to offer.

1 /5 J. Starr: There was no one at the customer service area, so I walked over to the registers and no employee was there either. There was 1 employee arranging the carts so I asked him if anyone was working customer service. He said someone was in the back and that they come in and out from the back. So I went back over and said "Excuse me, hello, is anyone working customer service?" I could see someone back there but NO one answered me at ALL! There were 2 other people in line behind me too. Finally a girl came walking up VERY slowly from behind us and had been on her phone (as she walked up, no smile or hello but told the person she was talking to to hold on). The last few times Ive been in a Target (not just Fayetteville but also PTC) its been hard to find an employee and the shelves are a mess! The clothing department has clothes on the floor and the dressing rooms had stacks and racks of clothes all around, and every single empty dressing room had many clothes hanging up and on the floor. I use to shop at Target often but now I go to Walmart instead!

5 /5 marla mccray999: A young lady by the name of "Tay" for short (she said her real name and when I asked to repeat she said just call her "Tay") was so quick and helpful. I was looking for a Christmas gift (Outkast album) that was hard to come by. I initially went to the Edgewood Target 1st but they said they were out of stock and all the Targets were "sold out" of the item. I got to my car and started to look online and the Target Fayetteville popped up as having 1 left. I was skeptical at first bc it said "1 left" and the lady at the Edgewood Target said no one had it. I told my husband lets take the drive anyway bc it really just may be there and I need to get the gift! We get there and went to the isle where it said it should have been located but didnt see it. I was looking through the albums bc they were mixed up. My husband found Tay scrolling down and I when I gave her the isle info and item # she found it! I was so happy! Tay was so nice and professional. You as I said are the G.O.A.T. Tay bc I was looking through all of them albums! Give her a raise!!! Thanks again Tay! My manager loved his gift!

1 /5 Riss M: I used to love coming to target especially this location, but since all these “improvements” have been happening it’s been hell. Finding things? Absolutely horrid? Checking out? You literally have to go to self check out since no one is a cashier anymore. Clothing section is larger with stuff thrown about and size range stayed about the same. Also you’ll have 3XS to 1 large and 2 mediums. Go girl, give us NOTHING. It’s almost never anyone in electronics. The only good thing is that Starbucks is still closed so people aren’t throwing the trash around. The arrangement of the store and the flow of the products makes absolutely no sense and since they’re trying to smash everything into this location they’ve made the isles smaller… so multiple people that can vary in size?? It’s very awkward. Also last week when I came it was trash in EVERY buggy this time it was clean but I had to wrangle a buggy by myself UPDATE : 09/08/2023 since my initial review, I havent been contacted as I received an email from target saying I would. I have had at least 3 more experiences since my initial review all horrid. when I finally got to get an actual cashier to check me out she was rude and condescending . I went to purchase some albums on their release date the albums were not on the shelves and I had to LOOK for a target employee to have them get them from the back. Ill just have to dedicating my "target runs" somewhere else since the quality of this location has diminished DRAMATICALLY. I truly dont understand how you can have multiple employees but none of them are cashiers? no one takes the time to restock or put items on the shelves during the release date ? yet we can chat wildly about weekend plans...gotcha.
