Renae McConnell We had a great experience at Lasting Impressions. My daughter had her heart set on a specific dress that was not in stock in her size anywhere. This was the third store we had called looking for it.
The sales consultant let me know it could be ordered and would arrive two weeks before prom. She advised that they had other styles of the dress in her size and the fabric she wanted so she could try them on to make sure she was happy with the weight of the fabric. She said they had styles similar that she could try on for size to know specifically what size she should order.
We came to the store today. She immediately found a dress for her that was a similar style to what she wanted in the fabric just not the color. We walked out happy customers knowing we would be able to get the dream dress.
In addition, she pulled dresses for me to photograph and send to my niece.
The store is beautiful with all the dresses of each color on a rack. It was nice to see the dresses and be able to see styles we may never have considered if they were by size. The consultant was very helpful and personable. Excellent service and a very positive attitude. I would recommend Lasting Impressions and will return when one of my daughters needs a dress.
