Old Navy - (Near Evans, GA)

1 /5 T Cop: There is a manager at the Evans store named Tina. I will never shop at that store ever again due to her lack of professionalism. She just had a nasty attitude and negative aura about her. I spend a lot of money at Old Navy and that experience shows that this particular store does not value my business or my loyalty. I was going to stop shopping Old Navy altogether. I have been finding so many security tags on my clothing and had to make 6 or 7 trips back to have them removed. This lady had the nerve to imply that I had stolen the item. It was on my clothes hanger from home and matched up with another item. Now, I am paranoid when I am in there. I check my clothes myself. The last thing that you want is to go select your outfit for the day to find a security tag. The 1-800 numbered listened to me and handled the situation much better than Tina. Please dont shop at the Evans location.

5 /5 Britton: Jessica was phenomenal! My mom wanted a specific pair of shoes and they seemed to be out of stock. Jessica went above and beyond to make sure we had them. She even called the other location to place it on hold for us. We didn’t even have to ask her! 10 out of 10 experience!
