1 /5 Casey Chesser: I visited this store on 12/5 around 3:45 PM and had one of the most unprofessional customer service experiences I’ve ever witnessed. The manager on duty (Nette/Annette) was incredibly rude to a customer ahead of me—rolling her eyes, speaking condescendingly, and acting completely dismissive.
When it was my turn, I asked about price-matching an item (couldn’t order item online for store pickup because it was showing out of stock, but I was literally holding the item in my hand). The cashier said only a manager could assist and called her over. Instead of helping, the manager—standing just two registers away—looked at us, ignored us, and walked off to chat casually with another customer. We waited 7–8 minutes with no acknowledgment at all.
As an HR professional with over 20 years of experience, I was stunned by the lack of professionalism and basic customer service. Leadership seriously needs to address this behavior before it damages the store even further.
