Aubrey Jones I order 3 items for my fiancé and unfortunately 2 of the shirts didn’t fit correctly. After calling the store to exchange the items for smaller sizes they immediately sent me a return label. There was a mixup and the package sat there for a little while (which I was completely understanding of!) after calling again they were able to find my package and exchange the items. Unfortunately one of the items was no longer available so I was able to switch it for the long sleeve version. After receiving my items back they also added in a t-shirt as an I’m sorry! Absolutely amazing customer service and what an amazing store! Highly recommend them and will be buying everything for Christmas from them!

They also have the most adorable bags and the sweetest car freshies that make perfect little gifts or fun additions to any car. The owner is incredibly sweet and welcoming, making every visit such a pleasant experience. It’s clear she really cares about her customers, and that personal touch makes me want to keep coming back. Florida Cracker Kustoms Great shop, this one & the Hilliard location are always well stocked & clean. Friendly staff as well! Love the clearance section, was able to buy my wife two pairs of great boots. Only thing that would make the store better in my opinion is if they offered a bigger selection of women’s plus size clothes.
