Mark Gladson Brought my grandson here to look at shirts and skateboard shoes. Stock is limited, especially in small size. The have online ordering of the shoes starting at size 6 and up. There skateboard area is pretty good. The staff is great and helpful. We found him a skateboard last Christmas which was nice. So overall not a bad place to shop, but prices are a bit high.

Kimberly Shipman If I could leave 0 stars I would. The store didn’t have my size in a shoe so they ordered my size online. I received the shoes and they still didn’t fit. I took them back up to this store that I order them from and they refused to give me a refund. It’s been under 30 days I had my receipt and the tags still on the shoes. The manager didn’t give me her name and refused to give me corporates number but it was the African American manager lady on the shift at 12 today at this location in Lagrange ga. She has a crooked eye! She proceeded to say the shoes had been worn when I only tried on one shoe. How could they have been worn with the tags still on them and they didn’t fit me?? She continued to make jokes to other customers about not trying on their shoes outside if you’re going to return them when I did no such thing. She was very nasty and unprofessional to be a manager. She was also making fun of another one of her workers calling them messy in front of customers when she’s clearly the messy one there. There was no reason she couldn’t have returned my shoes if it was under 30 days and they still had tags on them. I did contact corporate. This lady should be fired and Belk has lost a loyal customer today. This kind of customer service is unacceptable!

Debbie Horlock I’d just like to say that I had two of the sweetest, most helpful ladies helping me at The Loft in Lawrenceville, Ga. last week. The first day it was a young lady name Thalia. She was such a delight and was sincerely interested in helping me find just the right outfits! I returned a few days later and Lynn, the store manager helped me. She was so attentive and jumped right in and made endless trips to the fitting room for me, until we found just the right sizes. The store started to get a little crowded but I noticed she would always pause and greet everyone that came through that door. In all my years of shopping, this has to be one of the very best experiences I’ve ever had!!
