Rae Hunter LOFT at Emory Point is truly the best location, no contest. The customer service is consistently outstanding, and every visit feels welcoming and enjoyable. During my most recent trip, Bradley and Renee showed exemplary customer service. Renee made this visit exceptional. She was incredibly attentive, thoughtful, and genuinely kind taking the time to help me pick out some absolutely beautiful pieces including the perfect gifts for my mom for Christmas. Her eye for style and care for customers truly stood out and made the entire experience feel personal and effortless. The entire team is always so friendly, and the shopping experience is genuinely delightful every single time I come in. I live near The Battery in Smyrna, yet I happily drive out of my way to shop at this location because it’s that good. This store sets the gold standard for customer service. I highly, highly recommend!

autumn swain Tonight me and my husband went into belk to get a few things and we didn’t realize our belk rewards card was expired. We went home but couldn’t find the new one that was sent out. We called the store and they said they would help us do it manually. We came back in and the manual way wasn’t working either. At this point it was about 10 - 15 minutes before closing but the manager told us that they would stay open to help us. They called the customer service from the store and helped us get it all sorted out. They were all so helpful and kind and didn’t waiver once in trying to help. 10/10 would recommend. If I didn’t already love belk this would have sold me.

Diana Foster I usually shop at the Commerce GA location because it was the closest to my home but Cato closed that location. I located the Winder GA location on Google Maps. I prefer to shop in person so I can try on clothing. Everyone was very nice!! The store was stocked and organized well. I found several shirts, casual and dressy and 2 pairs of pants. There were plenty of dressing rooms and the staff was helpful when I needed them. I’ve shopped with Cato for years and will definitely go back to the Winder Georgia location. Although I do wish the corporate office wouldn’t have closed the Commerce Georgia location!

Keith Gatlin As noted before, the foods and service are excellent. The daily is very clean with a pleasant atmosphere. The one amusing thing I saw was the sign at the register informing you of a 4% surcharge for using a credit card. It says this helps keep prices down. This is another example of a restaurant owner trying to increase his profits during this period of inflation.

Linda Hurst I love Belks. I have been a customer 45 or more years. Now I am handicapped. They do not have electric carts so my shopping is online only. They need to address this.
