Pilot Travel Center - (Near Carnesville, GA)

1 /5 Cynthia: Showers are not clean. After a long day of driving, some of us drivers are looking forward to a nice hot and clean shower. The shower rooms are large which is nice. But its like they dont get cleaned at all. My co driver and I stopped here New Years Day about 6am to grab a shower before keeping it moving. His was equally as dirty as mine. Spit up toothpaste stuck to the sink, pubic hair on the toilet seat, toilet bowl is dirty, trash can under the sink has trash, socks, feminine pad etc in it. Just overall disgusting. Look I get it, cleaning up after other people really sucks, but if its part of your job....just do your job. Adding this Pilot to the places to avoid unfortunely. This complaint may seems small to some folks, but as a female driver I want a clean shower. I dont expect perfection.

4 /5 Bruce InCharlotte: This was a quick stop and while we were tempted by Wendys, that wasnt todays mission. We were here to top off the tank and to use the restrooms. All of that went well with a receipt printer that worked, a small discount for being on the Pilot fuel rewards program and clean restrooms. Its still strange to me to see a gas station in Georgia with gaming machines. Not pinball, these are gambling. But I guess some people "feel lucky" and here you can satisfy that urge. Lots of snack and drink options to choose from and even some healthy choices.

3 /5 David Steele: It use to be 5 stars? Just a small pilot close to where I live. But they are building 2 new truckstops at this exit? So this pilot decided to make the parking almost all Prime paid parking? Sad really? We work hard and should not have to pay for parking at the end of our day. It’s ok I guess for company drivers who get reimbursed for paid parking? But I own my business? And hard to reimburse myself? It’s a good quiet and safe place to park? Just hate they became like the rest of Pilot and Flying J and decided to make more paid parking . I will start parking somewhere else and fuel somewhere else. I do not support the stops that make pay to park, never have , never will.They literally just made half the parking paid parking just in last 2 weeks. I parked in a free spot and watched them paint prime parking in front of my truck.

4 /5 Demond Presley: 8/21Store looks great overall, men’s restroom needs a touch up, literally only one stale has tissue. No paper towels. But other than that store looks good. Store was clean and stocked. Nice set up!
