Serendipity of McDonough - (Near McDonough, GA)

1 /5 Greg Kirkland: I was referred to this place of business by another local business owner. I needed a sun visor monogrammed with two letters on the front. Dropped it off on Tuesday morning with a Friday pick up. Called Friday to be told it would not be ready. It would be next week. Called back the following Thursday to see if it was ready and it was not. The person who answered the phone said she would call the person they outsource to and find out what was going on. Three weeks later I still do not have my visor, a returned phone call or my money back. Don’t understand this type of business practice nor why anyone would use their services. Terrible customer service and care. Greg K

5 /5 Paula Roberson: Ive gone to the McDonough location multiple times. The customer service is always excellent. The owner made suggestions to my design and color and the outcome was better than expected. The embroidery is amazing. I would refer Serendipity of McDonough because of the exceptional customer service, and the embroidery. Also, the store has really cute items to sell.

1 /5 Akiscia Bryant: Im not sure if the woman that took my order was the owner; but she was very rude and not welcoming. I was told it would be done in a week; when I called to ask; the woman answered the phone was rude again with everything word spoken. Ultimately I was not satisfied with the order as it is not what we discussed upon ordering.I didnt get a thank you for your business or any words during pick up. I will not return.

1 /5 Keith Bynum: Nasty attitude, smart remarks to us and witnessed it with other guest aswell. Slow service. We Confused this location with the griffin location. Its worth making the extra drive to griffin. Will never return.
