Gabriela Schönwetter I’m very disappointed with my experience at Blue Ridge Mountain Outfitters. I purchased a pair of hiking boots and once I got home, I noticed a clear defect. I drove over an hour the very next day to return them, expecting a straightforward exchange or refund for a defective product. Instead, I was only offered store credit. There wasn’t even another pair available to replace the boots I originally wanted. I would have preferred the boots I chose in the first place, but that wasn’t an option. For a defective item, store credit is not an acceptable resolution. This experience was frustrating, inconvenient, and disappointing. I expected better customer service and accountability.

Evelyn Love this place for cute accessories, fun gifts, and amazing clothing options. It’s in downtown Decatur, which has some challenging parking, and it’s also worth visiting. Make it a trip because there’s many fun shops, restaurants, and cafe’s in the area. Also, Marta is right around the corner so it’s easily accessible with public transportation.
