Chike did a great job with helping make decisions that went best with the vision I imagined and once he took the reins, the product came out wonderful. I would highly recommend him to anyone getting married, attending a wedding or anything you want for a luxurious look and feel.

When the first jacket arrived, it wasn’t the right fit—it was too short in the waist, the sleeves were off, and the torso was much too large. I was upset, but when I reached out to the owner Chike, he personally called me right away. At 9:30 pm, way past his business hoursto make it right. Their customer service blew me away. They had me send back the first jacket, started completely from scratch, and created a new one that fit like a glove. The difference was night and day. They listened, cared, and delivered beyond my expectations. If you’re looking for a company that not only provides beautiful bespoke pieces but also stands behind their work with unmatched service, I highly recommend The Bespoke Room. They truly made me feel confident and celebrated on one of the most important days of my life.

All of our questions were answered with kindness, experience, and honesty. Chikes advice comes easily, without any judgement. Communication is top notch. The tuxes fit perfectly, without any need for alterations. They have that high quality, custom look we were after. We needed the classic black tie this time, but we will return for more fun, fashion looks in the future. The Bespoke Room is really something special!
