1 /5 Victoria Thompkins: Need to make a complaint about a key holder with the name of Brandy at the register slamming the shoe box. She was very rude and disrespectful. Doesnt need to be a key holder..... Especially all I ask was about my birthday reward points.

5 /5 Angela: This store has a wide selection to choose from. Lots of things on sale as well as many great clearance choices. I will drive an hour to get such good deals for my family!

1 /5 John DeHart: My lovely wife and I shopped here 30 min, she picked out three pairs of shoes, but at the register we wait +15 min for the genius cashiers helping a lady return some shoes without a receipt and in the wrong box… what??? We ask if one of them could check us out while they kept manually searching through images of receipts for this woman’s credit card??? Can’t you text search anything on your system. One cashier just walks off while the other keeps scrolling through pictures of receipts. We look at each other… set the product on the counter and finally leave. Good luck staying in business with this kind of customer service… another company representing everything wrong with America businesses.(Answer: just tell the woman returning her shoes without a receipt to hold on a sec while they check out the customer with $200 in sales… which would have taken 1-2 min… then we are all set… and you are receiving a good review… nice work bad American business)
