Yakira Cartledge Who knew about this hidden gem in Conyers that offers upscale grooming services. For the longest I thought they only services men but ladies you can definitely come in for mani/pedi spa or a cut. Fern is my go to tech. She takes very good care of my nails. I have been going to her for about 3 months now and can definitely tell a difference. My mani will last me a whole month while still looking fresh. The shop is also a vibe. Black-Owned with multiple businesses to support. They offer hair cuts, dry cleaning, tailoring services such as suites, eyewear, and even virtual golf simulator! Ladies treat your man locally!

I stopped in simply to review my bill and ended up reducing it by 23%, which was a pleasant surprise. What stood out most wasn’t just the savings, but the quality of service. Unlike my experiences at corporate stores, where interactions often feel rushed and scripted, the team here actually listened, understood my situation, and tailored the solution instead of just reading off what was on the screen. I’m currently on vacation visiting my in-laws in Canton, GA (I live in Michigan), and the service here was exceptional from start to finish. The store manager, Monay, assisted me personally. She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely kind. You can tell she understands the products and policies deeply—and more importantly, she knows how to apply them to help the customer. The entire store environment was welcoming, efficient, and customer-focused. This is hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at an Xfinity store, and it sets a standard that every Xfinity location nationwide should strive to meet. If this franchise-owned store is any indication of what’s possible, it should absolutely be used as a model for customer experience across Xfinity.

Jose Gandara Love this place, super friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful w someone as clueless as me helping find and fitting me with a tux. Last minute, no problem. Procrastinated til week of most places said too late only one other place could and they wanted a $50 rush fee, not here they were happy to get me right before the event on Saturday and i walked in on a Tuesday and my tux will be in next day (Wednesday) Thursday at the latest! Highly recommend i won’t be going anywhere else if i ever need these services again!
