1 /5 Amanda Wilson: I haven’t been in this store for a while because I’ve been shopping online throughout CoVid, but I’m extremely disappointed with my experience there compared to past experiences. I went to return some items and upon entering the store, I went straight up to the counter, where both associates standing. It was if I hadn’t even entered the store as they didn’t even look up from what they were doing. When they finally did, neither was friendly and in fact one looked at me with complete contempt or disdain, before walking away to do something else. Even the one who helped me was not exactly friendly either. While I was there, another customer walked in, looked around briefly and then came up to the counter. She waited a very brief time, but the other associate came back to the cash register and apologized for keeping her waiting.
A week later, I’m still unsure whether the return transactions were even actioned correctly, as I am seeing no credit on my credit card.
