1 /5 S. Montenegro: I had a game I was bringing back, my son got the same game from his grandmother for Christmas. I bought it December 21, 2025. it was $30. I had the receipt, unopened game and I bought it on my RedCard. The lady asked me if I wanted a gift card or it back on my card, I said back on my RedCard. She said ok. She then handed me back my receipt with a gift card. I said what is the gift card for she said it would not let me credit it back to your card. I said that makes no sense, you have the receipt, and I said I wanted it credited back to my card. She said there is nothing I can do about it. I said yes there is I dont want this, I want my card credited back. She told me I needed to call Target customer service and they will fix it. I called them, I was on the phone 40 minutes, they sent me to a escalate representative, absolutely nothing they could do about it. He said this is not fair to me but nothing could be done about it since the refund was given back on a gift card. I called again to speak to someone at Target in Cumming and they said they are sorry that should not have happened, but again, nothing could be done.
