Target - (Near Cumming, GA)

1 /5 Moumita Ambey: Very sad to give target this review as I love shopping here. So valentine day’s stuffs were on clearance some ringing to 70% and some to 90%. I took a few things and went to customer service to check if they could honor all of them for 90%. The employee checked with the lead over the walkie talkie and asked her to go ahead and honor the 90% like the rest of VD stuffs. Now comes the twist, the lead was casually walking and saw us standing near the customer service and asked the lady helping us if we were the ones who wanted the discount, and as soon as she saw us she refused to honor it even though she had agreed before. Racism ? I think so. I know it’s just one person and not all but don’t expect such treatment from target.

5 /5 Brooke Llop: The Cumming Target is just killing it from their clothing, accessories, baby items all the way to your basic groceries! I just love Target and adore the fact I can use the Drive up option for what I need. As a busy mom of a 1 year old every second counts and drive up saves my life every time haha! This location is clean and beautiful! Definitely one of the nicer ones I’ve been to. So grateful for Target!

1 /5 Brad Baker: Its a Target. Usually clean and organized. The customer service area is almost always severely understaffed. EDIT: The wait times have gotten worse. EDIT 2: Today there were over 20(!) people in line for the self-checkout area EDIT 3: Even longer wait at the self-checkouts... EDIT 4: We ordered an item for pickup that we needed that night, since the app said it was in-stock. Guess what????

4 /5 Raj S: Nice location . Very close to other shops and restaurants around . Target is good to shop. They have a very good legacy and people who have shopped here , will not go to Walmart or other stores :). Some products are expensive but again , lots of varieties and good quality products around . Service can surely be better . Not many people around to help. Billing can be faster in peak times. They have a Starbucks inside which helps n a strong coffee after shopping , is always a good thing . Lots of parking outside . Good facilities. Liked it overall . Good experience..

1 /5 S. Montenegro: I had a game I was bringing back, my son got the same game from his grandmother for Christmas. I bought it December 21, 2025. it was $30. I had the receipt, unopened game and I bought it on my RedCard. The lady asked me if I wanted a gift card or it back on my card, I said back on my RedCard. She said ok. She then handed me back my receipt with a gift card. I said what is the gift card for she said it would not let me credit it back to your card. I said that makes no sense, you have the receipt, and I said I wanted it credited back to my card. She said there is nothing I can do about it. I said yes there is I dont want this, I want my card credited back. She told me I needed to call Target customer service and they will fix it. I called them, I was on the phone 40 minutes, they sent me to a escalate representative, absolutely nothing they could do about it. He said this is not fair to me but nothing could be done about it since the refund was given back on a gift card. I called again to speak to someone at Target in Cumming and they said they are sorry that should not have happened, but again, nothing could be done.
