Aubrey Jones I order 3 items for my fiancé and unfortunately 2 of the shirts didn’t fit correctly. After calling the store to exchange the items for smaller sizes they immediately sent me a return label. There was a mixup and the package sat there for a little while (which I was completely understanding of!) after calling again they were able to find my package and exchange the items. Unfortunately one of the items was no longer available so I was able to switch it for the long sleeve version. After receiving my items back they also added in a t-shirt as an I’m sorry! Absolutely amazing customer service and what an amazing store! Highly recommend them and will be buying everything for Christmas from them!

Douglas Brackett We came in to buy a suit for an event. Picked it out and marked for sizing, then went to lunch. Come to find out it was a black tie event. Since we chose the gray suit, we rushed back to the store to explain what happened. The owner said no problem and quickly called the tailor to transfer the sizing to the black suit. He is so helpful and kind. If you need a suit you need to go to Suits Warehouse in Gainesville GA.

Miles Stokes The Bespoke room experience was an amazing thing to be a part of. From the show room to the array of fabrics, everything was intricate and detailed. Chike did a great job with helping make decisions that went best with the vision I imagined and once he took the reins, the product came out wonderful. I would highly recommend him to anyone getting married, attending a wedding or anything you want for a luxurious look and feel.
