Elton Johnson Im satisfied about my last few purchases at your store. However Im still disappointed about a purchase I made in store and was shipped to my address which was at the time condemned. I never got the shoes and was never able to get a refund or replacement pair. I would like for Hibbett Sports in the future to investigate deeper about shipping procedures.

I was literally calling all the places to find one that sold this specific item. I called Chele’s Gifts and she reluctantly told me that she did have it and offered to send me pictures to make sure that I got the right one. She was super prompt, helpful and very nice. I do not live near this store or even in the same state. She shipped the items super fast to me and I am so grateful.
