5 /5 Munther: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a fantastic experience at the Vineyard Vines store on Broughton Street! Miguel and the other associate were incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to help me find the perfect t-shirt, taking the time to understand what I was looking for and offering great suggestions. The store itself was spotless, with everything neatly organized, making it easy and enjoyable to browse. It’s clear that the team takes pride in keeping the space inviting and well-maintained. Thanks, Vineyard Vines Savannah, for the top-notch service and a great shopping experience—I’ll definitely be back!

5 /5 Joe Sawicki: Customer service by manager Morgan at this lovely Savannah store is beyond reproach!! I bought my wife a long sleeve while vacationing Christmas week. After returning home back on Long Island NY and only 2 wears/gentle washes later my wife notices a hole in top of the shoulder and a thinning of the fabric. I called corporate customer service; horrible response; they insisted my wife "tore" it on something (we are both professionals in our 60s) which was not the case. So out of frustration I called the Savannah store, spoke to Morgan. I returned to her my mail and she sent out a replacement immediately! Now how is that for great customer satisfaction?? We are looking forward to shopping in this Savannah store the next trip down!! Thank you Morgan!

4 /5 Eric Stewart: I dont know where Ive been. Never heard of Shep and Ian before today. But , I looked through their site and I see plenty of clothes I like and I would wear. I will definitely be shopping for S & I from now on.
