Civil Discussion728 The customer service at the Jacksonville Florida location was great! The ladies had this teamwork & we love our customers vibe! Very customer oriented, assisted me & the other ladies with me without hesitation & without any negativity at all. This was my first visit with the Rainbow chain & they made me want to definitely come back (although I live 2hrs away). I plan to visit a Georgia location soon. I would recommend this store if you like urban wear, cute shoes, want to get feedback on coordinating some items. Oh, surprisingly the eyeshadow I bought is actually high quality! It was beautiful onsite & is lovely on me & lasted ALL DAY flawlessly! 5 star experience for me!

Aretha Archie HONTEY! THIS IS MY STORE! WHATEVER YOU LOVE, YOU WILL LOVE RAINBOW STORES AND THEIR ON-LINE TOO. LADIES, ALL SHAPES AND SIZES AND KIDS. LASTEST STYLES, LOWEST PRICE! Only one possible issue, no dressing room. Keep receipts. Make sure each item you decide to purchase has a tag on it to be able to return or exchange.

Acea Moon An affordable shop. Just be mindful that these items are not going to be core pieces because they are better than deep discount stores but less quality than major department stores. A good place to get seasonal trends. I did find the best socks. Socks for me and my cat (I think it is more for dogs but I have a cat). Bynx was less than impressed but I love them.

Jennifer “Scooby” Cook Love this Old Navy. Customer service from Emily C was 100/10. She def knows how to speak to customers and engage & she has a wonderful spirit. Sounds like PROMOTION to me. And she listened that it was my daughter’s bday coming up & wished her a happy early bday. Def will be back!!!

GREGORY First time visiting this location and I was pleasantly surprised, it is one of the better locations I have been to in a while. The selection of merchandise was very good and expansive. Overall a very good location, but I would not recommend a visit. The cashier I had (Fatima) was very rude, and was calling up the next customer before the current customer she had collected their purchase. She showed visible frustration and annoyance when a customer didn’t move fast enough for her. The checkout line was not busy at all, I just attribute her rudeness and attitude with not being checked by management.

Mila M Wonderful customer service, every time I come in someone is always quick to great me and ask me if I need help finding any certain styles. It is unfortunate that they no longer have a contract with Converse, but they did inform me that they are working on getting it back as quickly as possible.
