5 /5 Donna Mason: Im building my home in Clarksville and had been looking for a pair of sofas. I had some picked out in Athens but I prefer shopping local. Much to my delight I walked in "just to look" and met salesperson Lucy! She is a perfect salesperson. She knows the answer to all questions and after a short description of what I was trying to achieve, the feeling I wanted coming in my new home... She was able to understand my vague description which really was a feeling more than how the sofas would look. She was able to show me the ones I purchased. She came to the build to help me be sure of the placement and size. She professional but not stuffy .. she is knowledgeable and most importantly shes open and fun. To me it was a perfect shopping experience because of Lucy. Woods is a great store, they have a huge selection of all styles of furniture to choose from. High quality long lasting furniture for people who want the best quality that you can afford. Still to me the best thing they have is Lucy . Shopping can be stressful when purchasing items like sofas or bedroom sets... but Lucy can make it an enjoyable experience that I really needed and loved. I hope the owners of Woods know what a jewel they have in this young woman. So go to Woods, ask for Lucy and enjoy the experience she and Woods can provide. You wont be sorry. Donna

5 /5 Denise Hosemann: I just loved Katherine! She is not just excellent—she is above excellent—and in my opinion, she is someone who belongs in management. I could not decide we looked at colors. She is so sweet and kind! I love the Cleveland store! I just couldn’t decide which chair to go with. She makes you feel like a valued friend. Without Katherine’s help, there would not have been a sale today.

5 /5 Susan Tittle: Wendy was great! She greeted me as I walked into the store. Very pleasantly asked me what I needed help finding. Followed me to look at my choices but also left me some alone time to explore on my on, which I appreciated. I ended up making a purchase and she processed my payment and then explained the delivery process. This is my second major purchase from Woods new store in Cleveland. Both purchases have been easy and staff very helpful.

5 /5 Karen O’Neill: What an amazing experience! Sales people Kathryn and Jessica went over the top to meet our price. Tyler and Peyton delivered our furniture within a weeks time. Set up and even took our old furniture away. Two gracious, well mannered and knowledgeable guys! They came when they said they would! A rating on customer service!!
