5 /5 Cristen Kinnaird: We have never shopped AE but our daughter asked to stop today. We were searching for jeans that fit her just right and the associates here were SO helpful and friendly, in particular Payton and Bradley. (I hope that’s right) They helped us find what we needed and when we wanted one more pair not available in store, Payton pulled them up online and got them shipped to our house, and price matched the online price. We will be back!!

5 /5 JP Madden: Came in and brought my jeans as I ripped them and was looking for the exact same pair. Kaylie informed me it was online only and was currently sold out. Then showed me how to find the exact jeans on the website if they ever came back in stock. Mallory proceeded to find me a similar pair! She even informed me I could get 10 bucks off if I recycled my jeans. Shoutout both of them!!!

5 /5 Jessica Endres: I live 45 minutes away and have a American Eagle in my town which I avoid because I never really get the help I need in the store. I have worn these jeans for years. I happened to be in Bloomington for my Jeep repair and stopped by the mall. I was able to walk right into this store and was greeted by 3 people who were eager to help me and literally looked at the jeans I was wearing and knew exactly which ones they were and took me to where others like them were on the shelf so I could try them on and purchase a smaller size. I highly recommend this store and the staff are amazing.
