5 /5 LD Cheval: Recently, I had my first visit to the Geneva BR location, and it was such a pleasant experience thanks to Jasmine and Kat! They were both very professional and accommodating. I had an online return and alteration and was so impressed by the service that I ended up unexpectedly purchasing more that day. Kat even took time to steam my online purchased silk blouse for me. Highly recommend BR Geneva. Ask for Jasmine or Kat!

1 /5 Laura Binning: POOR QUALITY, High price. We will not buy from Banana Republic. Bought a birthday present, $175 pair of pants as PART of the outfit. Once wearing the buckles break, can see this will be an ongoing issue. Store will only exchange, they say its because theyre afraid people wear once and return. So because of someone else being dishonest, they wont stand behind their product for me? Corporate office says this is "being fair to everyone". After call with corporate they will accept a return. The store had such poor customer service. I dont think I even want to go back to return.

1 /5 Theresa Colby: Returned an online item with an online receipt and was told that this was a “No receipt return” & my returns would be tracked & limited. They obviously have a system problem. The manager argued w me for 30 + mins and did NOT offer any suggestions or attempt to solve properly. I spend thousands of $ there a year. They won’t stay open or have jobs w service like this. Really disappointed. The New management there is AWFUL.

1 /5 Musky Hunter: Employees need major training on customer service. This location is a zero. Will tell all I know to avoid this store at all costs. Skip the Geneva Commons Banana Republic if you value great customer service.
