5 /5 Sonya Williams: Hi there UO After calling this wicker park UO to find out if the had some iets frans sweatpants in size medium which I was informed that they had , I drove over found parking after a 10 minute wait and ran inside to do my exchange. Now this is where it gets worthy of my survey. The manager and I didnt get his name was checking out guest at the register with impeccable patience and no hesitation to be kind to everyone spoke with a warm greeting and asked me what brought me I today and of course it was for the exchange. The manager called for assistance stepped away helped me find the pants and sizes and offered to order other colors that werent available in there selection if I needed other colors and explained to me the sizing and just all the things. I am a manager in retail and lets just say I left inspired to continue to be great and continue to love what you do as it will show up as it did tonight. My only wish is that this lovely manager is appreciated by this company and peers. I know that he has been here for a while because it wasnt my first encounter and definitely will not be my last at this location. Thank you Urban Outfitters for getting it right! 4 /5 Miguel Angel: Came to get presents for some family members and since it was Wednesday it was easy to get around. I got a few books, records and some clothes. They are fairly priced and I got two people to offer their help so that was nice. I also liked that they had brands that I like as well.

5 /5 Angelina Popovic: Tanner and Milly helped my daughters find the size dresses that they were looking for. They went over and beyond to ensure my kiddos were happy! Such wonderful customer service! I will recommend this store to friends and family.
