5 /5 Dañiel Luna-Fuller: Between homecoming, prom and pageant, Black Tie Affair has an amazing selection. Why travel to St Louis or Marion when there is a shop that has everything you need. They also have a bridal selection and tux rental. Been going here for several years and have NEVER had a bad experience. Patty and her girls know who we are when we come in the door and the service is personal. They provide all the things you look for in a big city dress shop, but with that small town customer service we all love. Thank you to Patty for helping with all of my daughter dress and accessory needs for all the milestones she has had so far. In addition the amount of time they help their pageant girls to get ready, is above and beyond.

5 /5 Joby Glenn: Just the Best! Been there several times with my granddaughter and the lady that owns the place knows her business. She and the young sweet blonde girl know their inventory and work hard to find out what type of dress you’re drawn to, they bring dresses to you that you may not have thought about. They point out ways that you can get more creative with altering dresses to make them special for you.

5 /5 Shelly Sheckles: I had bought a dress somewhere else and it was a nightmare. I stopped in Black Tie Affair on my way home from a failed alterations appointment from the original place. They told me nothing could be done with my dress. I walked in and Patty immediately had me try it on and showed me that the needed alterations could be done. I decided to try on some of her dresses and immediately fell in love. I instantly had the feeling of "this is my dress". Black Tie Affair gave me the best customer service and had the most friendliest staff. I wish my dress hunt started there, but I am thankful it ended there. I highly recommend this place.

5 /5 Ashley OMelia: There is no place like Black Tie Affair! My daughter had gone all over looking for the perfect dress and had just about given up. We had a wonderful experience with Patty, and my daughter is thrilled with her dress! My only regret is that we didnt find this wonderful place sooner. Well definitely be coming back!
