SM vl I like Ross because they have a lot of good thing s for a great price, the shelves were decently stocked. I found a lot of Christmas gifts. but the one thing with Ross is that they never have enough cashiers. eventually I got in line a cashier. I went to to say hello but she was annoyed that I had fragile things and absolutely refused to wrap them or put them with pillows I purchased. she seemed very irritated that she had to to use one thin bag to put my item in separate that was breakable. I wasnt going to sit there and argue. she had absolutely no desire to be careful packing the glass items that I purchased. It was like I was putting her out. some of the customer service Ive received at Ross before has been good but most of the time the service is like this. I still like the store but I wish the employees would be a little bit more helpful.

Vernon VanWaters Came in to grab a few items. The staff was very nice and helpful. One of the ladies came over to ask how we were doing, and if we needed any help, thats good customer service right there.

Rachel “ROWS” Price I absolutely love the new online grocery ordering and curb side pick up that Walmart offers now and it is the best thing ever, I think. It makes for less impulse purchases and the curb side pick up system, with the numbered parking places with the phone number to call when you arrive is just awesome. Thanks Walmart for making my shopping experience cost less and helps EMENSLY. Two-Thumbs UP!!
