Kohls - Shop IL (Near Quincy)

Eddie “Sarge” Tolbert I brought my Grandson to K&G to shop for a suit for his 8th grade graduation. We looked around until Charles came to assist. Charles provided assistance like you would find at a high-end tailor. He expertly measured my Grandson and had him try on several jackets and slacks until he got the perfect sizes. He then notified the seamstress who pinned the slacks for alteration. Finally, Charles escorted my Grandson to the shirts and tie/hanky section and observed his choices. Besides this store having great selections in all mens fashions, their personal service is the best anywhere. My thanks to Charles for making our shopping a real experience.

Yolanda Rowden Im only giving 3 stars not based on the service which is always great. Im doing this because you have workers working with no air, but smiling a d offering assistance to the customers that enter the store. Please treat your employees with better respect. Plus I couldnt shop with the store being that hot.

Lee Burton Need A More Modern Range Of Male Clothing Urban and Athletic Attire... Very Good Selection For Men.

Adrianne Gecan I was recently at this store getting some last min school clothes for my kids. I was alone, wandering the store when a horribly blood curdling scream came from a few rows down. As the screaming continued I saw a young boy (approx 6) with his father. The boy was clearly on the autism spectrum and was obviously overwhelmed and over-stimulated. (Bright lights, loud music, people, clothes racks etc) the father of this boy was amazing! He stayed calm, quiet, and got down to his sons level. As I went over to give this dad some words of encouragement (as a fellow special needs parent, myself) a couple of lovely sales girls came over to ask how they could help! The father and I both said "the music is too loud for him" and right then they went to the sound system and turned the music way down! Everyone was willing to help this man, help his son. And they did so in a very kind, non-judgmental way! It meant a lot to me, and Im sure it meant the world to that father!!! Cudos to the Saturday (8/19/23) afternoon staff and bless you all!!

Aseel Taha We were helped by Hannah today and she was so helpful and kind! I had bought clothes from the old navy at the outlet mall in aurora and they didn’t give me the discount because I had forgotten my card at home. I came to this Geneva location with my card and was helped right away by Hannah, and received the discount after all. I just wanted to write a review because it is important to appreciate kind and helpful retail employees when it is due!
