1 /5 Paloma: I wasnt greeted at all, the daughter of the owner passed Infront of my face as I was walking in and she quickly stepped out to grab clothes they had hanging outside as promotional items. I think a donkey wouldve greeted me, but not her! Their hours are wrong on Google maps. I was thinking I had 1 hour to keep shopping as I was in the fitting rooms, the owner kicked me out. Horrible customer service, they need to be professional and learn how to treat a customer. They never asked if I needed help. I was the one asking them if they could help me. Seemed like they were in a hurry to close and kick me out. Ive being in customer service all my life and I used to stay with customers 1 hr or 2 extra from closing time if needed till I handled their needs. They probably thought I was just browsing around, what they didnt realize because they didnt care to help is that I was going to make a good purchase. Never again Ill visit this place. If you dont want to waste your time and be treated like you dont exist do not shop here. They are uneducated people with no manners. Many more options online and cheaper!!!
