Dawn M When lately go in there, they usually have freight in aisles, not all aisles. Dont get me wrong totally understand about freight. A store I use to work in you had to get the freight that was not broken down moved in the backroom, before the store open. It makes it hard at times for customers to get around.

Derrick Bradshaw If you shop the sales and use Kohls cash then spend away. I would never come here to just grab something at regular retail. The clothing is pretty good quality, not much to say bad there. I do not buy shoes here anymore. Located at the mall in Forsyth.

wendy mercer We ordered the new sweet heat pizza and 16 wings tonight. They were very busy so the order took a little longer than the app said but they were very polite and apologetic. The gentleman at the register (Will) made sure that every customer was taken care of and informed of how much longer their orders were. The pizza and wings were fresh and hot when we got them. Chris in the kitchen made sure everyone got what they ordered

Sally Plunkett We were just at the H & M store at White Oaks Mall in Springfield, IL and had THE best employee help us. Her name was Francis and she was in the children’s department. She was a real sales person. She helped us find what we wanted and brought us things to the fitting room. You know - like sales people used to do!!!!!

christian sams 3/25/25. Got called in to jury duty. On our lunch, I walked over and enjoyed a great meal and a tasty mocha frappe with an extra espresso shot. All of my items came out fast and delicious. After I was done I was still hungry and I had a couple pieces of puzza I was going to have for my lunch before being selected for jury duty, and the staff here was nice enough to let me heat them up. Extremely kinda and welcoming. The atmosphere is amazing, mixing ild and new styles with calming christian music to brighten this rainy day. I will absolutely be back for more. THANK YOU FOR BEING GREAT! 10/10

Tina Book Easy in and out. Found everything but one item. I might have missed it, but I ran out of time to search. The only thing, I wish they had was a self checkout station.
