1 /5 Samantha Willis: The woman at checkout was incredibly rude. Made me very uncomfortable. I walked in and asked a simple question about if this was where I make returns, as the store was set up differently. She immediately got snarky and told me I “entered the wrong way,” then directed me to next time walk through a maze even though I was already in the checkout space from my initial question. Unnecessary. Then I’ve never done an online pickup before in the app, and when I pressed the wrong button she scolded me like I was causing problems, even though I was the only customer there. She would not let it go. Her attitude completely turned me off — I had planned to shop more and purchase a gift card, but I just wanted to leave after dealing with her. At the end she suddenly tried to act friendly, but by then I was already over it. Totally unnecessary behavior and very poor customer service
