5 /5 Mikayahu: 5 stars! Had a fantastic experience at the Dillard’s in Marion, IL today. Denise in the perfume department was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient—she took the time to guide me through options and made the whole shopping trip enjoyable. Great selection of fragrances and top-notch customer service. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!

5 /5 Leslie Bellock: Dillard’s is a wonderful place to shop. It is a well known retail store that caters to people of all ages. This location had an abundance of merchandise for the general public. I was buying for a tall man (not big and tall) and they had an extremely low supply of clothes to pick from. Also like a lot of businesses there seemed to be a lack of adequate staffing. I had to walk around to find someone to help me and once we got to talking she had to go to get help since she didn’t know about how items were tagged. But I will continue to go back. Great quality of merchandise and I hope they don’t leave the area.

I was racially discriminated at this store by Associate Betty And manager Priscilla Just thought people should be aware of the type of workers that’s employed here..I will be taking the necessary steps to make sure another paying customer like myself don’t experience this type of treatment by these Two Employees again
