1 /5 Shaimaa Khanam: I dont know if this store was performing poorly or REALLY needed to make sales or what, but this place put me through hell over a simple return. When they asked why I was returning, I said that I hadnt tried it before buying because it was just before the store was closing the day before, and when I got home it didnt fit well. It was within the return window, unworn, all tags still on. They said that the items had been worn and were un-returnable. I pointed out that "marks of wear" were the same as items currently on their shelves (pulled multiple examples). She said they do not sell clothes in this condition and said " thank you I will remove those from circulation" (Id bet she put them behind the counter and just put them back after I left). Said to call the express customer service number (based on other reviews, seems to be their default cop out). Like others, I asked for her name and she refused saying "I do not have to give you my name." Truly the absolute worst retail experience I have ever had. People should go to literally any other store instead, because apparently they are selling "unsellable" items here.
