1 /5 TJ T.: I went to Hollister Geneva Commons to return two online purchases and was told I couldn’t return them—even for store credit—because I was six days past the 30-day return window, which was only changed in September. I understand policies exist, but what really shocked me was how incredibly rude the store manager was. Instead of showing any understanding, she repeatedly said, “It’s not my policy,” in the most dismissive tone.
A little courtesy would have gone a long way, but instead, her attitude guaranteed that we won’t be shopping at Hollister again.
