Eric A. Hansen Directly off of I 55 in Springfield, Illinois this is a throwback to days gone by. A stand alone big box store - not in a mall. It’s an anchor to the east side of Springfield Illinois. Clean. Run well. Great variety. Clothing, house wears, shoes, portrait studio just like you would imagine. No large appliances. Let’s hope it stays where it is for a very long time.

Linda Caudle I have been buying most of my wardrobe from Chicos because if their style and quality. I have shopped at Chicos outlet as well and I have always enjoyed special attention from the associates. Always a fun atmosphere. I bought my first item from there that I was very disappointed in the fabric. Followed instructions and it stretched so out of shape I couldnt wear it. During the shutdown for Covid I contacted customer service and I was sent a postage paid return address. I received a full amount. They were so good about it. I wont ship anywhere else. My favorite stores include the shops at Grand prairie in Peoria, IL and their outlet at Branson MO.
