5 /5 Decoratorlady Decoratorday: Until yesterday, I had only briefly been in a Maurices Store once and that was well over ten years ago. However, I recently saw the Maurices website and noticed several darling tops so I decided to check out the local Edwardsville, IL store in person.
From the moment I was greeted at the door through the time I was walking out the door with my purchases, it was an entirely pleasant and uplifting experience!!
Throughout my time there, I had contact with probably 4 or 5 sales associates. Each and everyone one of them was authentically kind, attentive, helpful and professional!! They assisted me in finding my size, and also helped search for a few items that Id seen online.
I was surprised and impressed when I went into the dressing room they were holding for me, (with my name on the doors dry erase board) to see that the girls had created about 6 different outfits in my sizes with accessories and all. Everything was handled in a most professional way, I never felt pressured to buy a single thing!! However, I did end up buying a couple terrific tops!! I even went home and ordered more items online! I could have had them delivered to my home "or" store, both free of charge, but I chose the store because I found the high level of customer service at this store both helpful and refreshing!! If this keeps up, theyll have found a long time customer in me!!
