Eddie “Sarge” Tolbert I brought my Grandson to K&G to shop for a suit for his 8th grade graduation. We looked around until Charles came to assist. Charles provided assistance like you would find at a high-end tailor. He expertly measured my Grandson and had him try on several jackets and slacks until he got the perfect sizes. He then notified the seamstress who pinned the slacks for alteration. Finally, Charles escorted my Grandson to the shirts and tie/hanky section and observed his choices. Besides this store having great selections in all mens fashions, their personal service is the best anywhere. My thanks to Charles for making our shopping a real experience.

SM vl I like Ross because they have a lot of good thing s for a great price, the shelves were decently stocked. I found a lot of Christmas gifts. but the one thing with Ross is that they never have enough cashiers. eventually I got in line a cashier. I went to to say hello but she was annoyed that I had fragile things and absolutely refused to wrap them or put them with pillows I purchased. she seemed very irritated that she had to to use one thin bag to put my item in separate that was breakable. I wasnt going to sit there and argue. she had absolutely no desire to be careful packing the glass items that I purchased. It was like I was putting her out. some of the customer service Ive received at Ross before has been good but most of the time the service is like this. I still like the store but I wish the employees would be a little bit more helpful.

Shantel Duffy Best Italian beef I’ve EVER had!! I’m incredibly picky about Italian beef, so I took a chance and sooo glad I did!! Love the au jus as well! I always get extra. So much flavor!! And great serving sizes!! The hot dogs are great! My husband loves the meatball ravioli sandwich (it’s huge!). We drive an hour one way just to order us some Niche! And the employees are always friendly and very welcoming!

Sally Plunkett We were just at the H & M store at White Oaks Mall in Springfield, IL and had THE best employee help us. Her name was Francis and she was in the children’s department. She was a real sales person. She helped us find what we wanted and brought us things to the fitting room. You know - like sales people used to do!!!!!
