River Valley 119 - (Near Lacon, IL)

Cody Smith This is a fun little drive in with great and fast service and good food. The menu was a little weird because it didn’t have prices listed but the price of the food wasn’t bad so it didn’t matter. I enjoyed my chicken strip basket and my dad loved his catfish.

Vernon VanWaters Came in to grab a few items. The staff was very nice and helpful. One of the ladies came over to ask how we were doing, and if we needed any help, thats good customer service right there.

Kimberly Johnson This is my go to shoe store! Great sales on shoes and a nice variety to choose from. No problems with the employees (knock on wood) out of all the times we have went in, even when my son has decided to run around like a wild animal and not listen to me.

Laura Was in desperate need of a new winter coat and found one with a faux fur lining for about $30! Even found & bought 2 hats to match for $7/$8 each. Will have to wait til the freezing temps to find out if the coat is as warm as the tag claims. Store was tidy even though it was busy. Dressing room attendant was polite as well as the young ladies at check out despite customers giving jeering looks as I asked for a price check on shoes. Thanks for the great customer service on 9/22/19 between 3 and 4pm Ross!!

problematic the cute guy with the gray hair and orange hat on overnights does such a good job keeping the place clean, I don’t think I’ve ever seen him standing around doing nothing unlike some of the other employees I’ve seen here. he’s also super nice, very polite and well-mannered, just an absolute joy to be greeted by when you walk inside. definitely the best gas station attendant i’ve ever encountered by far, outstanding guy. 12/10 employee
