My first trip was gathering information prior to purchasing a new sewing machine. 3 weeks later I went in to purchase and the owner even remembered my first name! So helpful, so kind. So knowledgeable about the machines and sewing in general. Helped me pick a machine based on the kind of sewing I do. Let me try several machines to compare them. And has a policy of sending folks home having done the most basic functions on their new machine but allowing them to schedule actual training session after they have gotten comfortable with the basics. Love that!

Thomas Hanrahan I was looking for a dress for a wedding and was amazed with the service provided by Lina. She did not hover but was there to set me up in a dressing room and answer questions about the dresses I was considering. There was a small snag in the one I liked the best. Lena efficiently found a replacement and arranged to have it mailed to my home. She also helped me select jewelry. I purchase so many things online these days.
